We want you to love your ROKA London bag, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Bag

  Place the unused ROKA product back into its original sustainable packaging, ensuring all hangtags and protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt.
